Booking terms

These terms apply to transfers booked on holidaypickups.com. The service is provided under the licence of MERYEM YILDIZ TURİZM SEYAHAT ACENTASI (TÜRSAB A-14316) and operated by our partner MerryTourism.

Price

Prices are in euros, per vehicle and one way, fixed before you book, and include motorway tolls. There is no night surcharge; the form prices your exact landing time and shows the final price before you confirm. That is the price you pay. Child seats cost €10 per seat, each direction. A return booked together with the arrival is 10% cheaper.

Payment

Payment is made to the driver in cash at the end of the transfer, in EUR, USD, GBP, TRY. Amounts in currencies other than euro are worked out at the exchange rate of the day. Nothing is charged online.

Waiting time

For airport pickups the first 60 minutes after the actual landing time are free, provided the flight number is in the booking. For pickups from a hotel or address, please be ready at the booked time.

Cancellation and changes

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the pickup time. Changes are made by replying to the confirmation email or on WhatsApp and depend on availability. Details are on the cancellation page.

Passengers, children and luggage

The number of passengers must not exceed the seats in the booked vehicle; babies and children count as passengers. Children travel in a child seat suited to their age and weight, so please give each child's age in the booking. Luggage that will not fit in the car you booked may mean moving up to a bigger vehicle, charged at that vehicle's fare.

Hourly hire

Hire by the hour is booked on WhatsApp in blocks of 4 to 24 hours. The price and the start and end points are agreed in writing before the day.

No-show

When the free waiting time runs out and we have neither seen nor reached the passenger, we may record the transfer as a no-show.
