What we collect

When you book: your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off places, date and time, flight number, number of adults and children, children's ages for child seats and any note you write. We do not collect card details.

Why

Only to arrange and carry out the transfer: to confirm the booking, fit the right child seats, follow the flight and let the driver contact you.

Who receives it

MerryTourism, the operating partner that runs the transfer and the booking system behind our confirmation email, and the driver assigned to you. We do not sell booking data or share it for advertising.

How long

Booking records are kept as long as accounting and legal obligations in Türkiye require, then deleted.

Your rights

Under Turkish data protection law (KVKK) and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data by replying to your confirmation email or writing to info@holidaypickups.com.

Cookies

Holiday Pickups sets no advertising cookies. Two tools, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, set analytics cookies on all pages of the site; they tell us how many people book and where the form slows them down. Your name, phone, email, flight number and hotel address stay with us and are not passed to either tool. If you write to us on WhatsApp, call or email, the tools record that you tapped the button, not what you said.
