Is two hours with kids worth it?
Plenty of families choose Alanya for its long beach and town life, and accept the drive. What makes it easier is a car that is yours alone: no other hotels on the way, the children's seats already fitted, and a driver who has done the route many times.

Mahmutlar is a separate area east of Alanya town, about 15 km further and €15 more in a Vito. Check the address on your booking, or type the hotel into the form and let it pick the area.
The flight home
Book the return with the arrival and it is 10% cheaper. Allow at least the 119 minutes plus a generous margin: in high summer traffic near Antalya can add time.
Antalya Airport to Alanya, cost per head
